Track record

The work behind the system.

Empowered Rank is new. The method isn't. What follows are outcomes from demand generation and paid acquisition programmes I've run in-house over the past [X] years — the work the Pipeline Engine was built out of.

Company names are withheld under the confidentiality terms of those roles. The numbers, the builds, and the timelines are exactly as they happened.

Programme detail

Three builds, same shape.

Different companies, different channels — but the same five components installed in the same order. That repeatability is the whole reason the Pipeline Engine has a fixed price and a fixed timeline.

[Industry, e.g. B2B SaaS] · [Size, e.g. ~$6M ARR] · [Headcount, e.g. 40 people]

[One-line description of the business — e.g. "Workforce scheduling software sold to mid-market logistics operators"]

The situation

[2–3 sentences on what was broken. Be specific and quantified — e.g. "Roughly $18k/month spread across four channels with no conversion tracking. Sales couldn't tell a good lead from a bad one, so response times slipped past 48 hours."]

What I built

  • [Channel + campaign structure]
  • [Landing pages shipped]
  • [Lead capture and CRM routing]
  • [Tracking and attribution setup]

What became part of the Engine

[The specific lesson that's now a standard step. e.g. "Routing speed mattered more than lead volume — cutting first-response time under an hour moved conversion more than any creative test. Lead routing is now installed before campaigns go live, not after."]

Straight talk

What isn't on this page yet.

Named Empowered Rank case studies, with client logos and quotes. Empowered Rank is early and I'd rather tell you that plainly than dress up someone else's work as my agency's.

What you're getting instead is the actual track record behind the method, measured the same way I'll measure yours. If you'd rather wait for a named reference, that's a reasonable call — check back, or book the audit anyway and judge the thinking on the call.

Methodology

How these numbers are measured.

Marketing figures are easy to flatter. Here's exactly what mine mean, so you can hold me to the same standard.

What counts as a qualified lead

A lead meeting the company's own ICP criteria and accepted by its sales team — not a form fill, not an MQL scored by a tool. If sales rejected it, it wasn't counted.

Attribution window

[e.g. 30-day click, 1-day view], applied consistently across every channel and every reporting period. Set at the start, never moved to make a quarter look better.

What's excluded

Existing customers, inbound from channels outside my remit, referrals, and anything that closed from a relationship predating the programme.

Baseline

Every "before" figure comes from the company's own systems for the [X] months prior to launch. Where no reliable baseline existed, it's stated rather than estimated.
